An item is eligible for return within 7 calendar days from package marked as delivered.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Prior to sending a return, please email us at: email@example.com
If you would like to exchange an item for a different color, size, style please email firstname.lastname@example.org and include the order number and details. Exchanges are welcome as long as it falls under the "returns" criteria.
Damaged items MUST be reported within 3 days of receiving the goods.
