RETURNS & EXCHANGES
An item is eligible for return within 7 calendar days from package marked as delivered.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Prior to sending a return, please email us at: info@ellurasage.com
Non-returnable items:
- Items marked Final Sale/All Items in Clearance & Sale Collection
- All Birthday outfits, custom made birthday outfits, hats and custom blankets.
- Custom made lamp shades, sash belts and headbands.
If you would like to exchange an item for a different color, size, style please email info@ellurasage.com and include the order number and details. Exchanges are welcome as long as it falls under the "returns" criteria.
Damaged items MUST be reported within 3 days of receiving the goods.
REFUNDS
Refunds are issued back to the original method of payment.
Refunds are processed within 1-3 business days of receiving your return. We will send you an email confirmation when your return has been received and the refund has been issued.
COUPONS
Coupons must be rendered at checkout, no exceptions, no refunds. We cannot combine coupon codes. One coupon per person, per transaction
REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping costs that vary by shipping method used in the original order.
- If you choose not to have your order re-delivered we can refund you the cost of the items but the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

We ship worldwide from San Diego, CA Monday - Friday, Excluding weekends & holidays.
SHIPPING TRANSIT TIMES
- Our current processing time is 5-7 business days prior to shipping. Once shipped it takes approx. 3-5 business days to deliver in the USA. If you need an item urgently, kindly contact us at info@ellurasage.com prior to ordering to confirm that an immediate processing time is available. We will respond promptly with an answer.
- Items that are personalized and/or embroidered please allow 2-3 additional days to ship out.
- All items will be shipped Via USPS standard shipping unless you have upgraded your shipping at checkout.

Standard shipping transit times: 3-5 business days
Priority shipping transit: 2-3 business days
Express shipping transit: 1-2 business days ( guaranteed )

WHAT PAYMENT IS ACCEPTED?
We accept PayPal, apple pay and all major credit cards.
All payments paid by e-Checks through Paypal must clear in order for your order to be fulfilled.
E-Checks may take up to 5 days or more to clear from your bank.
