An item is eligible for return within 7 calendar days from package marked as delivered.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Prior to sending a return, please email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org
If you would like to exchange an item for a different color, size, style please email email@example.com and include the order number and details. Exchanges are welcome as long as it falls under the "returns" criteria.
Damaged items MUST be reported within 3 days of receiving the goods.
Refunds are issued back to the original method of payment.
Refunds are processed within 1-3 business days of receiving your return. We will send you an email confirmation when your return has been received and the refund has been issued.
Coupons must be rendered at checkout, no exceptions, no refunds. We cannot combine coupon codes. One coupon per person, per transaction
Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping costs that vary by shipping method used in the original order.
